The Mind Physique Programme is unique to JP Personal Training. It’s not just another fitness plan — it’s a year-long journey designed to build strength inside and out.
Over 12 months, you’ll train your body while also working on your mindset, habits, and confidence. Each week introduces a new theme, so you’re always moving forward - developing resilience, energy, and a stronger sense of control over your life.
What makes this programme different is its focus on the whole person. Together we’ll work across seven key areas of wellbeing: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, occupational, and social. With guidance and support every step of the way, you’ll create lasting changes that go far beyond the gym.
